One would need to go to a doctor, in this case normally emergency room, and rule out a heart or other serious internal condition. If this is all normal other causes such as nerve impingement would be looked at Stengler Center

Vitiligo is more common in people with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes. It is not understood why, but likely related to inflammatory changes. At our clinic we help people reverse Type 2 diabetes, especially if they are overweight. We have helped people improve their Vitiligo, but it can be difficult to treat in some cases.

It depends on the cause of the tinnitus, if circulatory in nature may be helped. Noise damage type is hard to treat. Dr Stengler has a chapter on tinnitus in his book Prescription for Natural Cures 3rd edition.
