This is the nicest food bank I have ever been to. The entire process is very organized and smooth, making for a quick line. The staff are friendlier than anyone else in the area, and I always have two full boxes (or more) for my family of four.

For initial consult they do ask your monthly gross income and amount of people living at the address provided. (Proof required)
Hi! I work for the food bank, and any kind of mail with your address works. Also, you'll need to go to the food bank in the city you live. Richland, Kennewick, and Benton City have a food bank. You'll need birth dates for everyone in your household.
They will help you every two weeks. You must have a valid ID and proof of address. If you have children and they depend on you for food, have proof of that as well. A letter from the state is perfect. You need all 3 items with you on your first visit only. After that, just your ID and proof of address is required.
Monday thru Friday 9:30 to 11:30. Most people bring a bill but they will accept anything that is mailed to you with your address along with your license/ID.
