Friendly staff. Helpfull. Great selection of products. They do pet adoptions. They care about your pet as much as you do. There food for pets is some of the best on the market. Oh ya this is a great feature. They deliver right to your door for a small fee which they credit to your next purchase. We buy the 50 lbs bags of dog food. You buy 12 you get one free.

Their customer service is the best in Tri Cities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even carried my large bag of dog food to the car. I will be back.

Don't even deserve one star. Expensive in the first place and don't listen to them when you buy pet food and they tell you if your animals don't like it to bring it back for a refund. The girl said to open it and bring it back for a refund, so we took it back and the MANAGER said the opposite of what I was told. And so the employees will tell you one thing and then the manager completely retracts what was said... The customer (or even the employees) is never right at this business. Big waste of time.

We do not have any currently. We can order a wide variety of morphs. Most bred out in California. We are currently starting out breeding Balls but we won't have any home bred until next season.
We don't carry any live fish but we can get you any dry goods you are looking for. I would recommend Finatics in Richland or The Fish Guy in Kennewick. Both great guys with amazing quality fish. I buy my fish from them

While I didn't specifically see dog strollers; this would be the shop, if any, to have them. Great selection of dog accessories, food, treats, toys, kennels, etc.
As far as? They wear masks, the sanitize counters, they offer free home delivery and curbside!

We can get tarantulas but we have none currently. We have access to many different species and prices range from $25-$199 depending on species, size and gender.
We do on occasion adopt out rabbits but don't currently have any.
We have tortoises, no turtles. We can order some turtle species. Call us up and let us know what you are looking for and we will get you taken care of
Depends on type. Many are illegal in Washington now.
