I've never had a bad experience here. They're always polite and professional. We have bought many sets of tires from them for our various vehicles through the years. It can be a pain when they get busy to have to drop off the car, but that's to be expected anywhere.

Used to take all of my vehicles here for alignments, not anymore. I dont know if the management changed or what happened but they wont do alignments by appointment. They do a first come first serve kind of thing. So no point to take my car there and then wait 4 hours for them to do a alignment. Also they like to say an alignment costs a certain price and then they raise it because it was very bad. Wouldn't recommend.
