Sometimes it's just easier to rent a car for those long drives. I don't have to clean my Escalade out. Or have to get the fluids checked. The rental Cars are clean. Checkout is simple. And extending the reservation was a breeze. I rented an upgraded SUV. Which was the Jeep Wrangler. We went to Westport from Tacoma, My daughter drove the jeep there and back. Then it was on to Spokane. I drove myself and my nearly 4 year old grandson to Spokane. The jeep was hard for me to handle going over the pass. So I called Enterprise and he was able to make us a new reservation in Moses Lake, right off of I-90. The hardest part was finding the Enterprise location. It was inside the Jeep Dealership. With a very very little sign posted high up on the building. Did you see it yet in the photo? Got our new car, a VW SUV. Smaller than I was used too. But a pleasure to drive. Thank you Enterprise 😊

I will only rent from this store. The customer service was great and the car was clean and ready to go. I never had any real problems and would recommend this shop if you need a rental in moses lake.

I can't relate to those having unpleasant experiences here as ours was quite nice, granted I've very little experience in car rentals(so take this review with a grain of salt as they say). The vehicle we were going to get apparently needed an oil change, & thus was not available, but what they offered in its place was quite nice & powerful. Staff was quite nice. If you're a government employee, ask about discounts for such. ^_^

WORST Enterprise I've ever been to around U.S. They will call you an hour before your scheduled pickup and tell you they don't have a car for you. The employees are like you can talk to whoever you want you just don't get a car. I had experienced the situation that people don't return the cars but the other locations always work with you, either bring a car in from other locations or contact the people who are holding the cars and see if they may get one later. Called enterprise to file a complain. This sure is the only enterprise in town but that doesn't mean they can have no standard.
