They have changed my delivery date three times. They have called to confirm they would be here at a specific time only to not call, or show up. Honestly if I hadn't bought it already I'd go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and go to buddies or a real furniture store.

This washer was to be replaced 7 days ago, I called 6 times , nice at first towards clerks asking why the delivery/repair man said he’s going to get a replacement since this washer has been making a terrible sound when it spins. Fred the delivery guy last Friday said he be right back with replacement. Have not heard from anyone nor do I have my replacement. After several calls and laundry to do . And 7 days later no replacement no washer to wash my clothes. The Moses Lake Aaron’s is incompetent and don’t care about the customers. We’ve had this washer for less than 3 weeks. Tomorrow is Christmas Day and I have to travel with dirty clothes to wash when I get to my sons home 200 miles, because I waited all day for the replacement and no one has showed up. After being told he was on his way. Merry Christmas to me!

This Aaron's is terrible.BEWARE. Sales manager tell me payments will show up on your credit 2-3 months after payment is made so I sign contract with them.. 4 months down the line I check my credit and it's not there. I call corp. and they say Aaron's has stopped reporting to credit bureaus in may of 2018..and that they only report after item is fully paid off( not what I was told ).So now I'm getting no credit for this. The only reason I bought a t.v. from them and not Walmart (for $1,000 cheaper) was to build credit in 2-3 months. So, I'm pretty upset when corp. says that this store is a franchise and can say what they want to people and that I would have to talk to them directly to fix it. So I go down there and talk with gen. manager (since store opened I guess) to find out what he might do to make this right. He calls me a liar.. after hearing that corp. was telling me to deal with it myself he changed tunes and called me and my husband a liar. Said that I had no proof that his sales manager had lied to me. I was like.. she's right there.. just ask.. he said he didn't need to.. I argued for at least a couple min. to bring her out and let her talk.. when he finally did she looked at him the entire time worried look on her face saying she couldn't remember (then super sad look when she glanced at me, I could tell she knew she was lying to keep her job, it was horrible). I couldn't believe what I was hearing and seeing. I wish I would have recorded it. Then he says as I am leaving that I don't ever have to come back and I can give back the t.v if I want.... knowing full well I only have 2 small payments left with them. I cannot believe I was just treated like that.
