My family and I used this service 10 years, or so ago, for about five years, until we moved. Everyone we ever came into contact with, were polite, professional, and helpful. My memory is failing, but I think the owner's name was Larry. He came out numerous times to meet with me and make sure, I was a satisfied customer. His business wasn't very big, but because of the outstanding customer service, I wasn't surprised that it expanded.

had them come out to check a skimmer that had broken. Parts ordered and they came and replaced. efficient and very nice. Got the skimmers working.

Poolside is great! Charles has been out on several occasions when I needed help with my pump. Gary is always helpful in accessing what I need and taking care of pool issues! Super people! 👏🏼

Used Poolside for my home pool service for more than 3 years. They have had a serious decline in service in the last 18 months. Service techs are not trained and change constantly. The pool techs often don't show on service days at all and when they do come they do not brush the pool. Store manager is very unhelpful when you call and want to talk to someone about the service issues. Cancelled my service after waiting for three weeks for them to fix my pool that turned to a swamp after two weeks of missed service. Store manager was unprofessional and hung up on me when I called to find out why the techs did not clean my filter as I had requested on three occasions. I would not recommend their service.

Questions & Answers

Would you have these JLUC10-100 Nichless LED underwater pool lights to replace a couple have that are not working (other light do work)? Is this something I myself can change or need expert to do so?

I do have it. There is electrical involved also warranty considerations. But a skilled diy'er can accomplish replacing the light. If 100 ft cord is not needed you can purchase a 50 ft light and save a few dollars.
