I had the La Jolla color GemCore Flooring from there Ruby Collection installed in my laundromat. It boast a 15 year commercial warranty and that its waterproof. Prior to purchasing this I had my dealer call the manufacture and tell them that it would be used in a wet room, my laundromat and with heavy commercial use and to get the proper application technique so that we would have no issues. My installer and Dealer did everything properly, installed by their recommendations and it is about one year later and the floor has completely failed. Terribly disappointed! So far I’ve called for a warranty and they’ve offered me two boxes of flooring when I need 19 boxes to replace the flooring and they have not offered to pay for any labor I’m not sure we’re good there warranty is. I will give them one more chance to make it right.
