I've used them 2 or 3 times. They always do excellent work and the prices are very reasonable considering the repairs. I'd trust them over the actual manufacturers, who will charge 2, sometimes 3 times more for the same work. Also, they've upgraded their store and have a lot more models to choose from, if you're into building models. All in all, my highest recommendations.

My daughter dropped her iPhone 11 Pro Max and totally shattered the screen. Took it to Best Buy first because she wanted an official Apple repair. They couldn't do it, so we brought it here. Now, she had the screen replaced here four months ago and they did a great job, but with an aftermarket screen. After the disappointment at BB we called this company again. This time she got a "premium" screen (still not an Apple part) for $20 less than the first repair and it looks perfect. Took them an hour. This is now our go to for iPhone service and repair.

Justin helped me out and gave me a quote over the phone. $70 to fix my cracked screen. I went in, dropped my phone off, and within an hour it was all finished. Justin did quality work! I also bought a screen protector for $10

Everyone working here is so irresponsible. I dropped the phone on Sunday and they told me to call me back by Tuesday. No one called. I went to the store to check the status. They did not even know they had my phone and where it is. So, I explained everything again. They said they will check and call me back by Friday. Guess what? They did not call. So, I called them back on Saturday. Same thing again. They don't know what I'm talking about and where my phone is. I wish I could give them negative star. Poor service. No courtesy. Do not recommend this place.
