Great selection of bikes, parts and clothing. My go-to place to pick up replacement items like tires, tubes and new accessories. Thomas is always super helpful at the Fullerton location, extremely knowledgeable.

I would like to thank Diego & Jeff for their service today! They were awesome. I purchased my first Trek brand bike (Checkpoint) from Jax Irvine. But the bike needed adjustments to the front derailleur and Jax Fullerton was so helpful and they fixed the problem. They took time and really cared for my bike. I will be coming back here for their exceptional service. Thanks guys!

Store is so busy is better if u call the store
You should call in for specific questions. They’re friendly people over the phone.
We follow the CDC guidelines: Wear a mask, wash your hands, watch your distance, wash surfaces. We adhere to a 1 to 1 client to client advisor protocol, which limits the number of clients in the store at any one time. We do have lines at the store at times.
