Sammy works very quickly, charges reasonable rates and explains problems well. He was able to disassemble and reassemble even an exotic gaming laptop that I thought I would need to send to a specialist. Unfortunately that one was beyond anyone's ability to repair (I had spilled coffee on the keyboard, shorting out and iirc melting some circuitry) but I've had several less catastrophic issues that he was able to fix within a very short time.
