All I can say is this place is exceptional! I went to 4 watch stores today to have my watch repaired. All were either closed, required an appointment, or didn’t answer the phone. I had been trying to get my watch fixed for the last 2 weeks but I’ve just had repeat unavailability. Paloma’s Jewelers fixed my issue quickly and chose not to charge me. They have a good heart and actually care about their customers. I’ve been to a lot of jewelers and this one by far is the best. I will be comming by for all future work. Thanks again!
