OnPoint COVID Testing

I ordered 4 online testing exams for an upcoming trip. It is so confusing. The link to make an appointment says it can take two per zoom appointment but then does not give any clarification on how to make the second appointment for anyone else. It is also very confusing to know which patients they expect will be attending those zoom meetings for the tests. When you are traveling internationally, the last thing you need is confusion. I decided the same day just to cancel this order and would have just done it in person at the airport. The refund submission form gives no confirmation or email. Two days later, I called customer service and they said they would expedite the refund 5-7 days. 12 business days later, still no refund. The request to cancel for a refund was submitted even before the US did away with the requirement. I am now in the process of disputing the charge. Long story short, don't use them.

Would give it 0/5 Stars if I could. Arrived 5 minutes early to my testing and realized that the parking lot was completely empty and nobody was there. I called them 3 times but no one answered. I waited until 10 minutes after my appointment time and then gave up. Would not recommend at all if you do not want to be freaking out the morning of your flight.

On April 26, I cancelled my appointment for 2 May because the country I was travelling to no longer required a covid test. It is now 11 Jun and I still haven't received the refund despite following up 4 times. The name of the person I have been in contact with is Irish. On 26 April she said it would take up to 7 days. I have followed up since 3 May and Irish is quick to respond but I never end up getting my refund. Today when I chat with the agent on the website chat, they said it would take another 10-20 days to get the refund. The person stopped responding altogether when I replied that message. What a joke. DO NOT GO TO ONPOINT FOR YOUR TESTING. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Needed a rapid pcr for a flight they can do it at this site. No appointment needed. My results didn't come to my email so I used the chat with Anna, she was great and sent the results to another email. All good
