Store mgr was very friendly, good conversation, truly likes his job, motivated..good job with upselling..honestly, food was not fresh..fries were cooked from state of being exposed to air too long and same for chicken and multigrain bread..11:30 am but i will be back because of mgr

I have never left a review before in my life but tonight 12/23/2021 this dude working the front (I believe it was the manager) had the worst attitude for no reason at all , we came in and only order 3 sandwiches at 9:25 pm and restaurant closes at 10pm , he was very rude and rushing us for no reason, we couldn't get sodas cause the soda machine was already cleaned up like they were close. Penn Station is very expensive to be a fast food place so I would expect a better service.

We just ordered for the first time at this location and it will be the last! The young man taking order was rude and also had earbuds in the entire time. Our orders were completely wrong and when we called to reorder we were put on hold the phone was set down and no one came back to take our order. Tried calling back the line is busy for over an hour now. All we want is a refund for a beyond horrible meal.
