I concur with others who have said that the clerks at this shop are very friendly. Also i am not real knowledgeable about all this stuff, but the person who helped me sure seemed very knowledgeable to me. The store itself seemed very neat and appealing.

I've only been in here a few times but they're always helpful when I go in. I usually have a lot of questions as I'd never had a vape device until I recently purchased one from them. When I did purchase it the gentleman said if I had any problems in the next week to stop in or give them a call and he helped me find and review the manufacturer's return or exchange policy if I had any problems beyond the first week. They've been very patient with me. I'd say if there was any issue at all it's the parking lot lol, which the shop of course has nothing to do with. Just be mindful when visiting that making a left back onto Montgomery is a little weird (I recommend -if your car isn't lowered- to take the alley behind the gas station to get out to the light but be careful turning out by Kroger) and the parking lot is a little cramped.
