Excellent hotel restaurant. We had driven in from Chicago and just needed a little bite. Our waitress was very friendly and courteous. We asked to split the fish and chips. She brought 2 plates evenly dressed and made for each of us. This was a pleasant surprise. The fresh pickerel fish was really good. We had breakfast in the concierge but did come into the restaurant for our omelette and hot items. Adrienne made our eggs perfect with a smile every morning. The man running the coffee bar was attentive and gave service with a smile. This was a great way to start our day. Immaculately clean, well stocked, great ambiance anytime of the day and good variety of food choices! the day and good variety of food choices!

AMAZING. I booked the Kenwood party room for a post-funeral meal. The managers/event planner were easy to connect with for information and helpful. Jeff (the manager that day) was in the room, over-seeing things when I came in (I arrived later than the other guests from being at the funeral home). We suddenly realized we needed more chairs than I had planned for and Jeff calmly and swiftly handled the situation! Appetizers were out and ready for my guests before I arrived and media was able to be set up. Eddie was my waiter and was fantastic. He was very attentive to my mom and I, the next of kin, which was highly appreciated. We both had to plan so much in a short time and it was lovely to feel that someone else was taking care of us for a change. The food was amazing, I didn't waste a bite. For such a large group, the checks were handled very well, without any discrepancies. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends and will keep it in mind in the future for events. For the price, this place is overrated. Pros: reservations- able to accommodate a large group. Fresh (but not great) bread and butter (butter was good- whipped and herby) The Bolognese rigatoni was excellent! My boyfriend who loves Italian food said the “noodle is cooked perfectly.” Creme Brûlée was great as well. Cons: price- ridiculously expensive. Food- very mediocre. Salmon I had was dry!! Veggies with it were okay. Salmon corn sauce was kind of gross.
