Nice park, clean restrooms, swiming pool and boats were close, maybe because of the season. Enough area for having a picnic. Visitors need to clean their eating area because is full of bird poop, as you find ducks in the lake.

A little on the expensive side but such a good time! Came here for my bachelor party and had a blast!! Definitely recommend making a reservation for events, it will save a lot. Great time!

We hung out by the pond. It was quiet and relaxing. The ducks, geese, and other birds are really friendly as they are used to being fed by humans. Parking was $10.

A fun place to hangout. Need to have patience. It's a new place and a lot of people wanting to do the same thing. Once all the employees know what they are doing, things will go better and smoother.

No bass. There stock for whatever fishing season it is. Last stocking for trout was about two weeks ago. They will stock catfish sometime in May when the water warms up a bit.
Every Thurs, and you can still fish on that day. They close when stocking catfish though. But the lake is very dirty, and you won't be able to see any fish swim up to the shore. They have not fixed the dock in 4 years, so no fishing there.
You know it was about a year ago I took my two grandkids in I believe it wasnt't summer yet , but close to it. And we walked in and they charged $8.00 a person . Two kids one was 4 and the other 2 .And I was taking the 4 yr. old to learn how to fish . So maybe thats why it was so much a person . Was because they supply the day lic. But there were no fish in either of the ponds. So disappointed.Hope you have better luck.
keep fishing

Varry in size, I use chicken livers, wussybaits(poorman aqueduct family) on facebook. it is only sold up north near Bakersfield.
Doesn't make much difference. Some say you need a day to let them settle down. I have fished both stocking days and for several days after. It doesn't seem to make much difference.
I really don't know if they have power. I suppose so they have some workers there till the evening..
Has to camp all night

Is the night fishing still scheduled for tomorrow, July 27? I went 4 weeks ago for the night fishing and Guasti was closed. Apparently they rescheduled it for the week before, so when I got there it was completely closed.
