Every Thurs, and you can still fish on that day. They close when stocking catfish though. But the lake is very dirty, and you won't be able to see any fish swim up to the shore. They have not fixed the dock in 4 years, so no fishing there.
Its once a week (I believe they said Monday). If you call, they are happy to advise the public about their stocking schedule.
