I have only rented my unit for one year and they raised the rent twice with no notice. They also have insect problems and people walking around the facility that does not work there looking into units while I was in my unit. Do not recommend.

The easiest process about renovating and living elsewhere stacked up with family was my storage unit. Excellent customer service, easy access, long hours, all the things you want from a place that’s holding your stuff. 😅 Locked my unit wrong & they called me to inform me I have to put it through both holes. Well I’ll be that they noticed. Thank you
