The order took an hour to arrive and was missing the drink. When I called there wasn't even an apology instead were 2 options bringing the drink when they have time or issuing a credit. For the manager: you have hands to hold the phone yourself and act like a professional instead of telling your worker what to tell me. Update: They didn't bring the drink even after the phone call.

Do not order delivery from Jimmy Johns at this location. They had improved their service for a while and now have reverted back to bad service. 90 minutes after I ordered and about 60 minutes after it went out for delivery the sandwich showed up warm. Why would I pay for a sandwich that is no longer cold and has been out from the shop for an hour? I called to complain and the worker hung up on me. Avoid at all costs.

Food is good but it took an hour and 10 minutes for my food to be delivered .2 miles! In talking around the office this is a common thing for Jimmy John’s to take over an hour. You guys need to step up your game or change your motto.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and it took 1 hour and 8 min to be delivered. I called 40 min after I placed my order to see if I was overlooked and was very rudely told that I haven’t been waiting that long and it will arrive when it arrives. Serious lack of professionalism on the phone and horribly slow delivery. BTW I work only 3 blocks away from their shop. Delivery driver was nice though, that was the only good thing about this order.
