This mall seems almost completely dead. It is sad to see. While the stores that were inside were nice, it is definitely lacking. There is a lot of vacant store front. I also noticed that the bathrooms weren’t exactly well kept and they were so hot!

I've seen worse malls in GA. There are abandoned sections, but it still looks active.

Haven't been here in a couple of years. The clothes are great but we went mid day and when we were finished shopping there was only ONE register open in the entire store with about 6-8 people in line. A manager did come to handle a return but didn't stay to help additional customers. Another person was following the manager (possibly training) but they didn't help anyone either! Not happy with the wait or how they put our entire cart full of clothes in 2 bags with hangers and all! We were able to find most of what we needed. Only items that we could not find were ANY boys dress clothes or a bed skirt. I was disappointed that they had a sign for Van Heusen boys clothes but not one pair of dress pants or button up shirts in the store. They had a large selection of bedding sets but not much for individual items. I didn't see ANY employees upstairs to even ask for help. Now when we first got to the store I saw 5 employees downstairs between men's and women's.... Apparently they either all left or went on break at the same time.... For the prices they want you to pay (even on sale) I would expect to have matching service. I'd be willing to give them another try.

I grew up walking the halls of this mall and my oh my how sad it is to see it so empty.. I'm very hopeful this corner of Eastgate will get some attention. They have so much potential here. They still have Kholes band a few other locations open. You use to be able to spend the whole day here and not see everything, now it takes an hour at best. I truly hope they invest some money into this place. I have so many ideas, as I'm sure many to for this depleted mall.. Definitely a reminder of yester years. Here's hoping the county puts some money to save it! I was telling my son about how they use to have a movie theater here in the lot. Nonetheless I give it a 5 for nostalgia and the hopes they will bring it back to life! 🤞
