Kenwood is a beautiful mall with a wide variety of shops...Sadly, with the closing of so many other shopping centers around Cincinnati, this once clean, safe, classy mall has gone from a description of "Suburban mall" to "Urban mall" (according to a dept store manager).... They've experienced a marked growth in shoplifting, littering, destruction of property, disrespectful/ discourteous behaviors and even an armed robbery .... Regardless, hoping it continues to function and these negatives will eventually improve.

Thanks kenwood mall for letting the bad guys with guns know that good guys with guns aren't welcome in your store thus leaving us all vulnerable by putting such large signs at the doorways. Btw good guys still aren't breaking the law by having a concealed gun all you can do is ask them to leave 💁♀️

I use the Kenwood Towne Center to park and then catch the bus into downtown. I come early and walk around the mall for exercise around 9:45AM. While most shops are closed there are plenty of other people enjoying the air conditioned and very clean interior. Security is present and visible but is only there to assist, they don't hassle at all. There are comfortable places to sit as well.

Just had to comment re: first impression of this mall. Posted prominently on big sign at Macy’s parking garage entrance: ‘CUSTOMERS up front. Employee parking on THIRD LEVEL to leave best spots (level one) avail for the customers’. Thought this was cool until I got there early and saw a flood of employees rolling into the garage, and parking on LEVEL ONE, in all the closest spots to the store! I know they were employees, because they all went in the employee entrance not far from main (Macy’s) entrance! So, next time you grumble about all the best spots being taken? They are going to be taken for HOURS, because they are going to the employees, not the actual customers who are spending their $$ there!!

Yes, a very impressive play area, actually.
You don't need one but you can request one
Meijer, and Best Buy is where I've seen them. Also at target, they can order it if they dont have it and it will be in the next day
Not sure, it should be, some where in that area
No
This is a Mall, it has shops on 2 levels with large anchor department stores. There is large directory displays located close to mall entrances to help you navigate.
11 am to 8pm except on Sundays 12pm to 6pm.
Stroller Rental Located on the Lower Level near Macy's and Upper Level near Restoration Hardware
It needs to be implemented 24/7 and the security needs to actually enforce it. This mall needs some discipline in order to keep it trucking along, otherwise we can kiss it goodbye.
Yes there open now
The is no bookstore in Kenwood Towne Center. There was a Barnes and Noble across the street, however it has closed.
You couldn't pay me to bring my sweetheart to this war zone. No way.

7815 Kenwood Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236 If you're at the mall, go to the exit with the red Robin. Right across the street theres a strip mall with a few restaurants and a theater. Shouldnt be more than a 5 minute walk.
is very pet-friendly and is a training ground for the Cincinnati seeing eye dog and companion dog associations plus all dogs are welcome as long as they are small well-behaved on a leash and do not cause problems. Your furry four-footed friends are welcome!
Macy's
This is a Google managed site. Refusal to check a website or make a phone call is very LAZY.
The food court has Sbarro, Gold Star Chili, Charleys Cheesesteaks, Subway, Chik-fil-a, Chipotle, and Bourbon Street. Red Robin, The Cheesecake Factory, and Maggianos are also in the mall (with outside entrances). There's also a few snack stands throughout the mall, including Auntie Em's pretzels and Gigi's cupcakes.
yes
You can basically go in at any time. There is always an entrance open. I’ve seen people walking as early as 5am
This is probably the best place to shop in the area. Not even the mall, just that whole exit, and 5 miles in either direction. That whole area is always crowded on the weekends.
I would suggest you call whatever store and ask
The Disney Store and GameStop maybe one of the department stores. I don't think there's a music store in there anymore. Maybe in one of the shops outside
Actually there is a lush at the Kenwood town center. I'd have to say I have never heard of that until now!!
6 am
There's a customer service desk by cheesecake factory... same spot as the Cincinnati Reds center
Its not heavily crowded, you will be able to manage parking and get in.
Kenwood Mall's individual stores have their own gift cards as do major retailers which can be purchased at the Mall stores or you can purchase an AE MC or Visa bank gift card.
