Very bad management team. Lived there for 6 years. Followed all the protocols before I moved out, but they hit me with ridiculous amount of fees, I’m talking about close to $5000 in fees and If u don’t pay they threat you with sending balance to the collection After living there for 6 years never paid rent late, no complains about us at all. The apartment was retuned good as new. Overall I don’t not recommend living there.

I wouldn't live there even if you paid me! Tonya insisted that I come in and look at their apartments. I went there today,to be treated horribly. I told her on the telephone,the day before,that I needed a apartment on May 27. She told me today that they didn't have any apartments at that time. Why in the world did she insist that I come in and look at their apartments? It was very cold today,and said I shouldn't have come in. Why did she hold the door to let me come in? She then asked me to leave. I said, I wouldn't live there anyway! This person should not be in charge of anything! Today proved to me that it is hard to find good help nowadays.

The new property management has been greatly increasing rent during lease renewal as well as offering different short term lease options then reneging once you exercise an option due to arbitrary reasons, only allowing for the most expensive leasing option. Management will get as much money out of their tenants as possible. Another negative is parking is limited and often you will have none available close to your residency. Once you look at the price compared to similar apartments in the Florence area you will realize that you are paying $200-300 more a month in rent than market rate.
