No credit check that I know of. Plus my credit is not that good. I worked for a company that have me a discount... Not much but if you have a pet they want more. If you have 2 cars or more that could get irritating. Parking is hell here if you have more than 2 cars and are expecting company. Can't be loud depending on your neighbor. It's a nice place over all but rules are something to get along with. Over all I been here over a year... Not to bad but something's get out of control. Nothing to bad just irritating.
I believe they're Section 8 approved. I'd call ahead to make sure though.
