Me and my kids moved in around June, I had been looking for a nice apartment in a good area for months. I thought it would be a easy thing to find however I was wrong. I looked at a few places when I was able to get a appointment to view, which took some complexs forever to set up. From the moment I found Wynnbrook Pines Apartments I loved the layout, size and the rent is really good considering the square footage of the apartments. And it wasn't just those things that I liked. The ladies in the office helped me navigate the application process and I got approval to move in within a week. Both Ms. Stephanie and Ms Gina are very friendly, approachable and professional and have been since the 1st time I inquired about a apartment to this very moment (8 months later). Little maintenance problems come up from time to time (as they do anywhere) but the response of the maintenance man and Ms. Stephanie and Ms Gina is awesome. All the issues are handled in in a timely and accurate manner even during Covid. If you are looking for a apartment in a nice community with nice neighbors and a awesome staff you should definitely check this place out. My kids and I love living here and I'm sure you and/or your family would also.

Where do I begin? I know of multiple residents who have emergency situations who aren't being fixed. Multiple residents who have lived there 10 or 11 years can't get new carpet. People are made to wait for hot water and heat in mid winter. I'm not talking days I'm talking weeks and that's not a joke but they'll do a balcony and blind inspection and fine you if you don't fix it but can't get them to fix anything in there. Even small repairs are being put off or not ever done. Go elsewhere. Maybe residents will ban together and file complaints, wonder how that would go over with corporate?

I'm not sure. I've never been there. I'm looking for a place to live for my husband and myself

They are income based living so I dont think they start as section 8
Depending on the breed, but I would recommend calling them and asking
Probably. I think everyone does these days. What happened to the days when you saw a for rent sign hanging out, you looked at it, paid for it, got the keys and moved in? Ugh
sorry I'm not sure but I don't think so
There is an income limit maximum when you first move in but the rent is not income based. There is no limit on income maximum after the initial 1 year lease. Residents pay all utilities, Duke gas, Guardian water, and Owen electric.
