Came here at 845 on a Saturday and they were already packing up all the entrees and didn't want to make us any fried rice for our meal because they were about to close. We could've easily waited for the rice, but not just that, on Saturdays they close at 930 so there should've been plenty of time. The guy was also pretty rude when he said there's no rice, we wanted to make sure we heard correctly and said "you said there's no fried rice?" Qnd he goes "nope!"

In all the times I've been here they have never had an online order ready on time no matter how busy they are. That's annoying enough but I can get over that. What's ridiculous is, after making me wait 30 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready in 10, I get rice that was literally inedible. It's rock hard, either completely uncooked or had been sitting ALL DAY. My daughter got the same brown rice and hers looks totally fine and is actually cooked. On top of that I didn't even get the whole order of rangoons I paid for and got maybe half an order of Beijing beef, both of which are typical of this location. What a waste of money and time. I'm done giving them "one more chance".

Panda is always on point. They have never messed up an order. They have always had what I wanted and it is always fresh. Their sweet tea is amazing unlike most other places in the area. The dining area, kitchen, and restroom are always clean. It can get a little busy but even with a line to the door I've never stood in line waiting longer than 10 minutes. Typically my food is ordered, prepared, paid for, and I'm at the table eating within 5 minutes. I definitely recommend for affordable, fresh, and delicious Asian cuisine.

They must be under new management. Last week they ran out of 2 entrees, not didn't have any ready, I mean didn't have any period. I went today and it was terrible. The fried rice was undercooked, the Angus steak had more gristle than meat and the mushroom chicken looked underdone. I threw 75% of the food out. On top of this they are getting cheap with their portions. I guess I'll either find another Panda Express or go someplace else.
