I am a current tenant! We have lived here for 5+ years and when we moved in it was amazing. The staff Donna was helpful and great and everyone was so happy to live here. No roaches or rodents. Family evens put together. Friendly environment. Pool was clean. Now it’s horrible. The staff is rude. They keep changing management. We’ve seen At least 5 in the last 2 years. There are roaches and rats and little was done to fix the problem. We had to buy traps and set them ourselves. We had never seen a single roach or rodent before corporate stopped paying for weekly pest control to manage the rodents. The pool is green and literally a swamp pool. I’m surprised kids didn’t get sick before it became that green. The pump has been broken for years. Literally the managers told us 2 years ago it was broken. This place is horrendous. We are saving every penny to move out ASAP! Just don’t move here. It seems cheap, but you get what you pay for. Not to mention they’re letting this place fill up with druggies and they are aware of the problem but dont do anything to fix it. Police have been called on these people. And management says it’s not their problem. To call police. This place is a joke. I mostly blame corporate. They obviously can’t keep a single manager in office for a reason. Please find a clean, safe place for you and your family. I wouldn’t wish this place on you.

I have been living here for a decade, these apartments are really nice itself, and I have great neighbors, I have a little brother who knocks our neighbors doors everyday to see if their son can play, they are very nice and now me and my neighbors are like family. And yes we have had some annoying neighbors but I guess that's normal for everyone, besides they moved away, we had great friends here and since I've been living here for a long time I've seen people come and go, and had known these apartments for a long time. So in my opinion these apartment s are great BUT I really wished they allowed dogs, I mean if they allow cats, why not dogs?? I have always wanted a dog but they never allowed anyone. Also one time we had to move out for a while because they were fixing the apartment s to make it look nice and they told us it would take 1 month and that turned into 3 months and everyday they would have an excuse. And guess what? Our neighbors said they didn't do anything for WEEKS when we're gone! But other than that these apartments are decent.
