This place is visually very appealing, that’s what got my attention in the first place! When I stopped by to ask for information, management was very nice and had a lot of information. Sadly there was no vacancy but the sweet manager steered me and referred me to other sister properties. I’ll be on the look out for these apartments in the future. I loved seeing how clean and how efficient the employees where. Thank you! Hopefully I’ll call this home soon!

Just wanted to take the time to review this apartment complex. Although there was no vacancy at the time a was searching there was something that quiet impressed me other than the location,price and community. Rocio went above and beyond with providing any information I requested and she actually took the time to follow up with me with any concerns I had. The apartments are very nice! and the neighborhood is very quiet. Not only that but the Manager is also kind and very helpful!

Park wood Villas is a nice and quite place to live in. I have lived here for 6 years and I have never had a problem with neighbors nor the manger. Rocio and her husband, the managers and they help out a lot with the apartments when anything is need. The apartments are always clean. You will always see Oscar, the manager cleaning in the mornings.
