I called 5 times got hung up on every time & when she finally answered she was beyond rude & short... If that's how they treat new business I can imagine how they treat repeat customers... I wouldn't use them if they we the last dry cleaners around...

Good most of the time. We switched from the Hebron Braxton's six months ago after we moved. I go through a lot of shirts and pants for my job, and lately they have not been getting as clean - noticeably. The Braxton's over in Hebron never had that problem, but it's too far away. We may have to look elsewhere, since I rely on clean shirts for work, and can't afford to have to wash them twice.

Searching for a good cleaners, according to Angie's list there is only one bad cleaners in the Florence/ Union area but unless you sign up for her service, one can not find out the name of the cleaners and I believe I found it. I took a patio drape to be cleaned and explained that I wanted it cleaned and pleated and asked if they banded the drape, they didn't know and I was told that I would receive a phone call advising the cost and could ask them how they would come back. Never received a call and the drapes looked like a rag. The hem wasn't pressed straight and they were flopped over a hanger. They agreed to a re-do, and after having my drape for two weeks, still no pleats. Come to find out they don't even have a pleater, I would think that the owners would train their people as to what services are available. Not to mention they have a very rude employee. Good luck with that business!
