Do not use as an Amazon return location. They have cancelled three different returns and I assume kept the items. It was a costly learning experience. Having the printed drop off receipt was not helpful since the cancellation occured after we left. Definitely avoid.

Best mailbox service for those working on the road hands down. I researched many and used a few. Very happy with my current choice and glad I will not need to search for another mail forwarding service in the future. Our yearly rental is worth every penny.

One of the best UPS stores in the KY/Cincinnati Area. I honestly go out of my way to ship my packages here. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. In addition, I receive mail here and whenever I have any sort of request or need accommodations they are more than willing to help.

They charge 2-3x more than if you were to print the label at home - I called the UPS customer service number to confirm, but they would not give exact values. To put in perspective, I've shipped 2 small-to-medium size electronics in the past couple months, one was >$70, the other was >$90. I've been able to ship similar size items to HAWAII via FedEx/UPS for less than $50. When questioned, they just pretend that the online estimator is inaccurate. Avoid shipping via UPS unless you want to pay triple the amount. This has nothing to do with the people that work in this store - they're nice and package the boxes to ensure they're safe on arrival. This falls on whomever runs this franchise location.
