Staff was friendly, good selection of items, great sale prices...Betta fish were in terrible condition and nearly every time I've been there, at least one item rings up incorrectly

Great store with a "HUGE" selection of pet food products. They have everything from a Pet Health Clinic to a Pet Boutique (pet stylists not pet groomers LOL). Its very clean to the extent that I believe they may have a small army of Sanitation Ninjas that drop from the ceiling nightly. And well organized. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey. Because of the price of your everyday pet needs compared to other places I have shopped I gave them 4 stars.

Pretty clean store. Mostly higher end cat food along with a lot of Hills food. For being a big store, it's small in selection. No fancy feast :(

This stories fairly ne, pretty big and always clean! However they are constantly put of stuff and do NOT substitute or give rainchecks!?!? Also the last time I went there where 2 cashier's and they were both helping customers in the aquatic area and left me and 2 other customer's standing at the front checkout registers for over 10 minutes before I went looking for the end I was told I had to wait! So I did for ANOTHER 9 minutes!! I was not to happy and don't know if or when I will return to this particular store!!
