Went to this place yesterday. Super upset about the order but since I was on road back to Ohio I wasn’t turning around and I won’t ever be back so no need to call the store plus wasn’t given a receipt so couldn’t prove I ordered… ordered two crispy chicken tacos which barley had any avocado ranch sauce on it. Then got the 2 beefy cheese burrito classic which one was spicy so it didn’t even get eaten. And order two of the 2$ grilled chicken ranch burritos which only got 1 and was charge 6$ for them.. so lost money and wasn’t given everything properly. I won’t ever go back to that location!!

The worse Taco Bell in probably the whole country. Somehow can’t keep employees or get employees. Not sure what the excuse is. They’re never opened. Most of the time they’re sitting outside or just hanging out leaving the store closed and potential customers sitting in the drive through waiting for a response that doesn’t come. The best case scenario for this location is they sell to ownership group that actually wants to try. Worse case which still may be best case they close down for good.

Put in an order online, I show up only to be told “We’re not accepting online orders right now, you’ll have to call corporate to get your money back” so I ended up double paying. To make matters worse, the food portions were tiny, missing ingredients, barely any meat… it was practically vegetarian. Don’t bother with this location, its worth the drive to not be ripped off.

Don't even bother. 2/3’s of my order was missing and the meal I ordered was not the one I ordered. Ironically I was the ONLY ONE in the drive through line. Best yet, one of my tacos had nothing on it but meat. They clearly were not paying attention when making my order. You are better off running to the krogers next door and making your own tacos. At least you will save money, time and frustration.
