I’ve been living here for a Little over 2 years now, and I enjoy it! It’s a nice, Quiet environment, The staff is pretty cool and they work with you, neighbors are friendly! I’m happy that my kids can play outside without me having to worry about anything bad happening. So far, the best place We’ve lived.

Country Place is a nice community to reside. The office staff are very polite and helpful. Maintenance requests are handle in timely manner.

This place is god awful. We have only been here 2 months and we were ready to leave after 2 weeks. We put in a request for things to be fixed the day we moved in 2 months later they finally came to fix it. Management never does what they say they make you feel like everything is your fault and if you do have an actual complaint they have a bucket full of excuses. And if you ever have work done in your house you better make sure its spot less or else you could possibly be evicted because you are breaking the terms of the lease, and if you don't get a copy of your lease that day then you are screwed cause even though we have asked for a copy 4 times we still don't have one.
