Night crew and 6am employees very kind and helpfull . Meat dep guys " the cool bakery lady and the young man that stocks frozen " produce Mánager very sweet 😉" and so is the kid with red hair!! Joanna is always happy to help me and she is goes out of her way to walk me to what im looking for!! Thank you all !!!

We went to this location as it's convenient for us since it's between our parents house and our place. We went to get salmon from the meat dept and asked for our salmon to be cut into 4 big pieces since we were buying a giant piece. The guy at the meat dept was lazy and played dumb like he didn't know what cutting salmon into 4 pieces ment. How can they let peoplelike this work here? Albertsons always stuck me as a higher tier grocery store with people who are very helpful. Lately that hasn't been the case, before this it was the person who handles the money orders who was extremely rude to my wife one time. Guess I'll try the sprouts across the street or stater bros down the road. Super disappointed.

As long as they continue their special deal with the Original Chicken Sandwich, I will continue to be a loyal customer. They are my absolute favorite fastfood sandwich. They still make a great burger too!

I shopped here today midday. When I was ready to check out, as usual, there were two check stands open. They had three and four people in line with fully loaded carts. Mine was about half full, so I went to self checkout. The floor person there had to help 6-8 times due to glitches with the system. For instance, when I scanned canned corn, it said I would need help because the weight of the can did not match what the system expected, apparently. That happened twice. Also, you cannot enter the item number on produce, even though there is that option on the screen. Please re-program your machines so it isn’t a giant hassle to self check. I would have preferred to email the store, but as mentioned in another review by a Manager, I could not find a contact tab on the website, so I ended up here. One other thing I don’t like about Albertsons is the increasing monopoly of their brands and the lack of choice. Some of their brands are fine, but some I do not care for. I will say the store is very clean and most of the staff are helpful. My previous Albertsons in Tehachapi, Ca, was very good about immediately opening another check stand when there were 3 people in any given line. Maybe they are understaffed here due to Covid or maybe they choose to be, I don’t know.
