Upon my first visit, I have to say that I am very pleased. My derailleurs needed adjustments and my front break was coming in contact with the rotor. Everything was fixed for a very reasonable price. These guys have great customer service skills and had my bike in and out the same day. Julian was very helpful and kind.

I dropped off my bike yesterday (12pm +-) for replacing the chain link and asked the technician to do a GENERAL check. Today I picked up as soon they open to meet with a group of friends to go out for mountain bike.So I took it for a test to find that the rear brake needs to be bleeded ( only hydraulic brakes) so now the owner's son wants to charge me $35 extra to do it but it won't happen today. I mean, either they're not profiting as they used to therefore they are short of employees or they had become lazy.

2 stars are for John. He was great. Super nice, excellent service. Too bad the personality of the shoes I bought exceeds the one of the owner. Most items are over priced. Identical shoes are for $35 less on Amazon with free delivery. I still bought them because of John's service. Never going back. Spend your money where it is appreciated or at least you get a thank you.

One the best Bike Shop I been in the Valley , I just bought my new bike there and their Service is incredible, all the employees who work there were really helpful. I definally recommend this place if you are looking to buy a new Bicycle.
