There is an express line if you have just a few items. Nice. The deli has lots of popular items. The produce section has fresh herbs. I get many bottles of olive oil at discount prices. The mgt & staff are helpful. Everything about JONs is good to great. But the prices keep going up and my income stays the same. I dread the day when the store is too expensive for me. I will miss JONS. I found culantro there & could not find it at 5 other super markets. Also, for many many years, I've bought olive oil there. Best wishes.

Purchased a flan that was hard and tasted like a boiled egg and a salvadoreño quesadilla which had no cheese at all and was very dry. I returned the 2 totaling $18 and the front end supervisor made a big deal because it as over $10 was asking for my ID and address etc. ridiculous, I had my receipt. Store manager approved return. Never going back.

Love the store. I just wish the set up was somehow that people won't just walkout with goods without paying for them. Have seen shoplifters walking out with stuff easily.

Had a terrible experience today. I’ve been a loyal customer for years as it’s conveniently located by the church. I was stopped by the manager outside the store and asked if I paid for my groceries since another customer accused me of putting things in my bag. I don’t know who that customer was if it’s a race thing since I’m Latina that crossed my mind. Even the other guy working there said they should not have approached me without proof. This happened at Store#24 on Sherman way and spent 74.38 as shown by my receipt. I was ready to return every single thing I bought there but since I was already on my way I simply decided to never go back there again. Shame on the manager and the customer who falsely accused me. You just lost me and my family as customers. There are too many other options to bother going to a place like that anymore.
