I'm giving this place three stars because the furniture is very nice and the items are unique, the store is small but.. there is a lot to look at! I purchased two llama paintings that I heard were popular, a popular buy apparently..lol.. And I also bought a bar cart for my kitchen back in May, early May.. but it wasn't to come in until the middle of June.. I called them today and now it's got a date of July 9th, I was really hoping to have this, this week so I could rearrange my kitchen accordingly, and get rid of the unwanted stuff I have but they keep pushing the date out further and further..ugh! EDIT UPDATE: They called and asked if I would like the floor model because they saw my review and didnt want me to wait forever for my item, very thoughtful! However, I had to go get it and it was damaged and the wheel on one of the legs broke, I had to load it up by myself and take it back. The original one I ordered was there so I took that one home and it is in perfect condition, the guys put it together for me and that was very nice, I just wish I could have been offered free delivery or something because of all the loading and unloading and driving from Vandalia to Phillipsburg back and forth. Overall they really wanted a good review and tried their best. lol.

I bought a sectional sofa tv stand 2 lamps. Paid cash. Items were delivered. Apon looking at the sectional, the board running across the back was broken. There was a huge tear in the fabric. The lamps they sent me where different. We call, they said they was sending a repair man. Four days later the man never showed up I call again and told them I don't want or need a repair man who don't show up. I bought this couch new, I want it replaced. Then they asked me to email pictures to them of the damaged furniture. Which I did. Two weeks later nothing, haven't heard a thing. Call again, now they tell me they're trying to submit a claim to the company for the damaged furniture. Its been over a month now still waiting. I feel like I'm eventually going to have to take them to court. I feel like they sold me broken furniture now I'm going to play he'll getting it made right. I have other furniture to buy, but its not going to be from here. Very 😞 disappointed, I feel like I was hustled right out of my money.

I purchased a bedroom set (queen bed frame, sideboard, headboard, chest, dresser w/ mirror), and customized a 6-seat sectional March of 2020. I have no words to describe how wonderful Factory Furniture staff was with assisting me from measurement, to color, to delivery. Factory Furniture staff was absolutely wonderful and patient with me. I had ordered the aforementioned furniture pieces and had them delivered right before the Covid-19 pandemic... thus, my furniture was delivered to their warehouse if/as needed and delivered to my apartment in a very timely manner. One year later, my furniture has held up beautifully. The sectional appears as if I have not even sat on it all this time (no imprints, no sagging, no cosmetic issues). Great quality for an even greater price. Overall, beyond satisfied with my experience, huge thanks to everyone from management (Jeremy) to the delivery team (Randy). 10/10 would recommend and certainly have recommended Factory Furniture to many loved ones and colleagues.
