I I was stressed out and feeling very sick. The staff was very patient and kind - and I was seen very quickly. To top of the visit they had a slushy machine, and snacks when I left. Received my results quickly.. would highly recommend this location!

For 1 I had bought a friend up there on Sunday Mother's day the doctor was nice prescribed the right medication and my friend is better. Today May 12th 2022 at about 4:45pm I took myself up to this facility hoping that I could get the same type of good treatment, but that didn't happen . I was trying to explain that I have a cold and was really trying to let the person know my other symptoms but I couldn't get a word in because she is to busy telling me about a cold virus and I should just let it run its course. 1st and foremost I am 59 years old I know how a cold works . This young lady didn't even want to listen to what I had to say so I ran out went to the other urgent care on Main Street and the lady listen to what I had to say as well as the Doctor. You don't go to urgent care for the person who is signing you in to give their diagnosis on a patient that's not their job. So you lost a patient and money. And for that she need to be fired.

This was a nice visit for my daughter and I. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. The office was clean and smelt good. They even provided healthy morning snacks for the patients that might not have had breakfast that morning. The Medical Assistant Reese was very understanding and gentle with my daughter. She kept a smile on her face and did her job very well. Thank you for you service. I do recommend this Urgent Care.

The facility is very clean and welcoming. The atmosphere smelled of bleach and Pine Sol. Vickie took care of me wonderfully. The ladies of the staff were very pleasant and courteous. With an appointment, I did not have to wait long to be seen by the doctor. The doctor thoroughly check me an assessed all my symptoms. The doctor was very informative and precise. I recommend this location for anyone in the area who may need a medical opinion. Definitely returning, if necessary!
