Pulled cars up into a lane next to me after I'd been waiting for fifteen minutes already and they had just pulled up. Tried and failed to change my transmission fluid, which wasted half an hour of my time sitting before they informed me it couldn't be done. All in all a 30 minute visit took an hour and a half. Only location I've had this issue. I've had my transmission fluid changed at another location no issue.

I got a full synthetic oil change and also changed my transmission at the same time. They were clear and communicative, also threw in some nice discounts! Unfortunately I had an issue right after this where I had to pull over so I called them and they quickly came out to my location! Turns out it was an issue related to another mechanic, not them, but they still took the time to come out and check nonetheless! Super friendly, very professional and always called out procedures so nothing is forgotten or looked over. I'm very pleased and everyone is so pleasant! Thank you guys so much for being so nice and helpful as well as educating me more about my vehicle every time I'm there.

This oil change took forever! I was waiting in line for about 45 mins but once I got in they did a good job. I understand they can’t control the line of customers. But what they could control they did very well. Normally go to jiffy lube but their location in Huber heights is weird and rude. This will be my go to oil change place moving forward. I liked how the employees all got along and joked with each other. Seems like a good place to work. Oh yea they also had a military discount which is awesome.
