Took my car to the wash on Saturday and it broke my very small antenna cover off and after finding it all scratched and bent up in their pit there was no way to salvage it and put it back in place which is now the 2nd time this car wash has destroyed my car. Love the way it cleans but can’t sacrifice the cars integrity and have to come out of pocket for more repairs and continue a membership.

Sitting in line for 20 minutes and no lines moving. I call the office and the wash was shut down. Instead of allowing cars to enter the queue which you can’t exit once in line, you should have closed it and informed people that it was shut down for awhile. I wasted time and expensive gas. A little common courtesy would have gone a long way.

Very nice for an auto wash got me real clean and shiny. And the tire shine lasted a nice bit too
