It was a decent gym but customer service overall is really bad. I had originally signed up with my girlfriend and they had told me that if I signed up with her name, I would still be able to go without her since both our pictures were in the account. Unfortunately I found out after that I couldn’t go without her because her name was on the account not mine. The only place my name is under is the billing information since I pay it. They told me that I had to re-sign up with my own account in order to be able to go alone. I said screw that and cancelled over the phone, which I had to pay a fee for… unfortunately they never cancelled my account and instead of charging me the cancellation fee, they charged me the monthly payment. Me, thinking it was the fee never questioned it because i was told it was getting cancelled. I just received another charge and was told that in order to even cancel my subscription I have to go in person to their other facility. This place did a lot to scam me. Customer service is the biggest thing I look for and this place did nothing to resolve my issue instead created more issues and took more of my money. All I have to say is SCAM! Don’t recommend this place at all.

Good machines and atmosphere. Revitalize and invest in yourself by enrolling in their personal training programs. Classes could be better if sound was configured correctly and a sign posted on the door outlining the schedule and not to interrupt those in progress. I appreciate their maintenance of the heavy bags and that the sauna is fixed and at the usual temp
