Nice park for an urban location. New management is working hard to improve landscaping and were very nice and helpful.

What a hidden gem this park is. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We are full-time RV snowbirds from Ontario, Canada who grew up in Manhattan Beach. We travel coast to coast yearly and recognize a good park when we are in one. This is our first winter in CA since the virus hit and we plan to be back to this park in the winter to visit family and friends - Vista is a convenient home base. We were staying here 2 nights and have now extended our stay another 2 nights. Thank you OARR Staff - By JOnTariO

We spent 3 nights. The Resort is small only about 60 sites, but is very clean, well maintained, and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful...We will be coming back with friends and family..

The RV park was very nice, and clean with beautiful landscaping. We wish the spaces were more level and wider though. They were large pull though spaces and the park was freeway and city close. If it weren't for the terrible management though we would have given this park 5 stars. When we first came into the park they had a wonderful and helpful staff. They really made our stay pleasant. When they left, the manager Vanessa became rude and blunt most of the time. She was also very difficult to deal with and track down. The park became under staffed and seemed as if there was no management at all most of the time. We would highly recommend this place if it weren't for this.

I don't know that answer. Contact the park for this information.
I believe that they do best thing to do is call the resort
October-April $1250 + electricity May-September $1450 + electricity
No. They are all sub par. The only one close that's just ok, big rooms, clean but low budget is the motel 6 on mar vista in vista. Otherwise the closest descent is off N Melrose borders Carlsbad across from home depot, I think it's a Hilton.
Yes
It varies on time of year/week and or holiday schedules (which are also priced individually). Your best bet defiantly would be to call and schedule at least 3-5 business days to ensure a spot and the best price (be sure to look for/inquire about coupons and promotions!). However currently I believe the average nightly rate is $65 -includes full hookups Hope this helps
It's 1400 per month and they may complain about the size of your rig. If you have pets they can't bark, else you won't be allowed to return. The place is run by "young people" and they seem nice but are rude. Your basically staying in a "parking lot" with your neighbors very close. You are in the heart of one of the worst parts of Vista. It's very loud at night and all you hear predominantly is sirens from all of the underlings that constantly get themselves in trouble. If I were you guys I would check out Woods Valley in Valley Center. It is not that much of a commute to get into Vista. It is less expensive and a beautiful park-like atmosphere if you have children or grandchildren they will love it because there's pets, a pond with fish, livestock, swingsets, places to hike it's just gorgeous. Dawn and Mark own the place and they are beautiful people. Google them and find out their availability. You'll have more luck with them then you will these morons.
$50 per night, we plan to go back to the county park Guajome. You don't have full hookups at Guajome but you do have large, flatter spaces with open land with hiking trails
