Went early on a Sunday and was a great experience. Found everything I wanted plus some extras lol. The cashier was very helpful, friendly and patient. This is my go to store now!

Target has really gone down hill.. or maybe the American people have . My visit today was a joke. The employee has no clue to the products he sales in electronics.. answered all my questions the same... I don't know.... Then there was a sign inviting the customer to have cell phone activated by an employee.. but guess what he didn't know... Didn't even have a clue to the return policy. Next time to check out. That employee did know return policy either.. when I mentioned my product was on sale and I wanted the discount he just looked at me like he didn't know what to do . Then saids go to customer service to fix it... I'm like are you kidding me.. he then gets a gift card to remedy the problem.. what's more after he charge my phone card I ask again the return policy.. he looks on the reciept and said the card was not returnable... The employees act like they could care less to your target issues..or even being an employee.. actually I don't think it's acting.. they really have that special kinda energy that make you want to shop anywhere else.. I get why Walmart has swooped up their business

Went to return some items I had bought a little over a week ago with receipt. I had wanted to exchange since I wanted to buy some other things. When I went to Customer Service counter that said Returns & Exchanges. I told the person at counter I had exchange. She rudely said they don't do exchanges. Um ok ( not what your sign says) I calmly said I paid Cash . She rudely said well you need the receipt. I said yes I have. Her entire attitude was being very suspicious of me and like she was so put out to her job. She was a white woman in 50s about 5 ft with grey short bob. After she ran my transaction that was the approx amount of return she walked away. No smile. No thanks. Nothing. I understand places are short staffed and everyone has issues but she acted like she was doing me a huge favor and was angry I was there. At the end of transaction I said wow Thank you? That's when she came out towards me saying " what did you say" in a very threatening way. She seemed ready to go to blows. I told her she was rude. Then I left. I can't help but think she was racist as I am not white. I had my receipt. Check your cameras ,I stole nothing but was treated like a criminal by this angry old white lady who obviously should not be in customer service. DO BETTER Target 🎯.I have many options for shopping and will not tolerate racism or simply RUDe Employees. I will be posting on Tik tok etc, make this right!!!!

No. They accept online orders and will pick the items from the shelf and prepare the items for you, but you do need to go pick it up at the store.
