We stopped in due to low pressure in a tire. Turned out we had a slow leak. Jay helped us out and was great.

I will say that the L.Schwab in Omak, Wash. Has never failed me. Great customer service from each employee plus it's never a sales pitch or fast talking adding up to a unexpected price or inflated prices/estimates. No fine, tiny wee little print that you can't read unless, you got a NASA telescope on ya. Up front and, honesty is what I have got from this shop. Just got all new tires. Had to order them but it was worth the short few days wait. I had no clue the car I had bought was running with tires a size that wasn't correct size for my car.the employee gave me the news on my car running with wrong sized tires. I never would have known this. Had no idea until he told me. The time the tire guy took to explain what I needed to be safe was easy to understand and explained the size for my car I needed and he found the very best price he could after taking time to go the extra mile with searching for best price and really good quality tires too was again another score up and reasons for my trust in this store and those who work there. He ordered four new tires and even another guy told me my brakes had some wear but not anything to worry about unless it started having symptoms of wear that was explained also on what to listen for and know when I was to check about getting brakes done and then they would help do my brakes at that time of needing new ones and not before that time. They would be sure it was needing brakes and they check that out to be sure it's what is needed and if not they dont do it and they dont stretch what's really true or tell ya what is not a issue but make you think it's a big issue I get to keep my cash in my pocket that's the thing I stretch here, my bucks. Honesty had been the thing that did'nt have me buying what was not needed yet. They are knowledgable, fast, friendly, honest and so nice to work with when I'm needing service. Credit lines for fitting most needs is easy to apply for online or in store. I got the info in they ask 1for on line. Instantly got response back. A warrenty is a big deal to me and gota say they give the best ones. They always Stand by what they say. Now there are a few females doing the job too., It's nice to see them all working together and it's like they all are the team that with me makes it a big win and this is better than 5 stars to me. I actual never dread having to go in for services needed and they even know what they are doing!, They do it right by me in my book. L.Schwab rocks and I've been to a few. All good but this one is best in my experience. Feeling good when they show they like L.Schwab too. If not they never show it, thats another plus. 100% my home town and its 100% MY Les Schwab store for quite a few years. Theres many reasons I say Try this Les Schwab and you will find it to be less stress and the best employees I could ask for. This may sound all over top on my reveiw and I say honestly it's exactly what I needed to reveiw that tells people true to my reveiw. They have earned it all and this reveiw needed to be deserving. It's well deserved so it's my honest 5 stars and more added stars if I had my way on that . True to my experiences and if they ever go down a star, ( havent yet)il tell it honestly, true but as of today it's my true reveiw.

Always very on top of it the minute you pull in. They'll come to the car to grab bills or ask what you need plus they will air your tires up for free. Very friendly and speedy service.

It seemed like they had more people inside than they did outside working. I went inside to ask to have my tires checked, and they said pull ahead to the mailbox and wait.
