This experience was very un pleasant I ordered $46 worth of food and when I asked for pickles on the side the manager on shift became very rude and refused to give me pickles on the said she said she will put them on the sandwiches and I stated I wanted them on the side again and she started cussing at me and refusing to even serve me and began saying she made over $80k a year and I want with her time

Went through the drive though. Never had a problem in the past. Today, however was a pure nightmare. I ended up telling the teen I would be coming in to see a manager. I went in and the manager appears to be the problem as to why the staff is so poor. As I spoke to him he walked away from me to help one of his staff without a word… no apologies or excuse me for a moment. The place is in total disarray. Other customers in the restaurant even stated they told not know what they are doing. I left with no order or resolution that the issue. Very disappointing.

They seem to be going down hill on the food. Not as tasty as it used to be .cold when it should be hot.
