New management that took over is absolutely trash and trying to enforce illegal fines on all current tenants that don't currently have leases because noone has been given new leases. Harassing and stalking tenants while they are in the park and leaving it because they don't like them. The new management is a joke and will try to leave everything in this park homeless.

I have lived here for 7 years and my mom has lived here for 14 years. The park was nice before it was sold. And I've heard that iti been sold again and will be no more in 2 years. I love my trailer and hate to move but this park is HORRIBLE! It's full of Drugs drug dealers and meth labs. Most of the neighbors and loud rude and inconsiderate. Not a place to raise a family. Yes the rent is cheap, but for obvious reasons.

I don't have pictures but there is one for 2500 just came up for sale, out side needs painted, but from my understanding not bad inside.
He goes around and people need to get to work with transportation he attacks physically and verbally very unhappy professional manager Mike new management in need scray place
There are quite a few empty ones there, the smaller ones are usually no more than 1500 or less and they have double wides for more. And the lot rent is i believe 320. The park sometimes have a few that the actual park owns and will sometimes let u make payments on those.
Never heard of
I dont wanna disclose personal business butbotbis a fair price. Your best bet is to call thevpark manager, cause he'd still have to have you do paper work for a background check before its decided. The park manager can answer all your questions to see of theres even any trailers open. I live here myself. I feel lot rent is definitely affordiable. You should call with any other questions to get answers.
Always, but the manager is hard to get ahold of. Best bet is to stop by office late mornings. Or just drive through and some that are not park owned have for sale by owner signs.
Spectrum for sure. Possibly AT&T
Theres one on canton rd down past auto zone
