No matter when I've been to this store I am always greeted with a friendly hello. If I can't find what I'm looking for, I ask and if they have it, they tell me right where it is. If they don't carry it or are out of it, they try to suggest a similar item or let me know they just don't sell it there, but they're always friendly and polite.
