Ordered a small Reese’s Blizzard, there was not one piece of candy in it. Might as well of ordered vanilla ice cream. I tried to call the store and no one will answer the phone.

Another Update: Gave them one more chance, never again! What in the heck posses this company to cut a drink carrier in half and serve your drinks in it.....I'm speechless. My boyfriend almost dropped our drinks. It would have been better if they didn't give him a carrier at all! Update: After today I will no longer go to this location. My last two visits my orders were wrong due to the employees not being able to read I guess. Ordered chicken strips with sauce on them and they have given me plain strips each time. My receipts had the correct order but I guess the employees beyond the register are incapable of reading. A decent Dairy Queen, the only one near by since the location in Mogadore closed down last year. I've had mixed experiences here, mostly good with some bad (ex: cold food, missing items, long waiting) No matter where you go you'll have the occasional bad experience though. It is in a good shopping area as well.

The ice cream was very good, but I am very concerned that the cashier who took my order and then proceeded to make my order was not wearing a mask nor did she wash her hands or wear gloves or sanitize. Just as the review from five days ago said, it's disappointing that a worker would not wear a mask. It's the height of irony when the sign at the front says customers must wear masks.
