I have tried for months now, literally, to contact Colt's Law Enforcement Training Division concerning setting up Armorer's schools for the Department that I work for. I sent many, many e-mails to the address they gave on their website for this purpose and have heard NOTHING back. So today, I called their corporate offices to try to find out what avenue I can go to to set up training. They told me to send an e-mail to the address that I've been using for MONTHS NOW WITH NO RESULTS!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! AWEFUL. It seems that they could care less

bought new colt. it arrived with scratches on the upper and lower. colt offered nothing but sending the gun in for months to get this corrected because they are behind. very poor customer service and quality from colt.

Hi, I feel as though this is quite unlikely as we already have a small frame .38SPCL platform - the Cobra. In my opinion the addition. I believe the addition of a longer barrel would be more likely before we see a new platform.
Most repair work has been discontinued for older revolvers. I'd say get somebody in customer service and at least ask to know for sure.
Currently the manufacturing plant does not offer tours.

Civilians are banned from owning any assault weapon manufactured after 1986. If firearms frighten you, perhaps you should consider relocating. Russia and mexico have very tight restrictions on civilian ownership of firearms....you could start there :)
