Everyone knows what best buy is. But could some one explain to me why best buy sales associates can't just sell shoppers what they ask for. I don't know how many times I have sent a customer there with specific instructions only to have some "expert" give "better" information. If you aren't supporting it, then just let the customer get what they came for.

Went to get my phone screen protector replaced. They were very organized when first coming in on finding out who needed help and where they needed to go. Got my screen replaced then browsed for awhile. The store had some products disorganized but the place was very clean and everyone was in a good mood. :-)

The sense of humor of the tech guys over at the cell phone station is amazing. There is a family dynamic there which you can tell some of these team members have been there for quite some time now. If you would like to work with people who will make you laugh upgrade your phones with this team.

Yes they do offer the brand. The models aren't very clearly included in the search. Call your local store. Better yet walk in and go to customer Service and ask.
I haven't tried to call in a while for that same reason.
